Jess Gagen

          Jessica was introduced to hot yoga just over 4 years ago when a friend insisted that she try just one class and has been practicing since. A graduate from Central Connecticut State University; Jessica works as Engage Life Director for an assisted living community. While becoming certified to teach the SAIL exercise program to her elderly residents, she learned how beneficial a regular yoga practice is for muscle memory and fall prevention. Perfectly timed, the Recovery Yoga Teacher Training program enabled her to deepen and strengthen her own practice while acquiring the tools to safely share it with others. Fusing different styles of yoga, Jessica teaches classes that focus on linking breath and movement and cultivating inner peace to be carried with you when you step off your mat!
