Kyla Adams

          Kyla’s training in the field of yoga and group fitness is extensive. A nationally-certified (NASM) fitness instructor since 1991 and an Exhale Barre Certified ,Les Mills Coach, she has taught a wide range of group fitness techniques, with numerous Certifications including PiYo, Group Power, Group Groove (certification through BTS), Body Pump, Sprint and RPM(Les Mills)Barre and Zumba (Level 1, Level 2 and Zumba Gold, Zumba Step Certifications) and TRX.
          She is also the owner of Home Salon and Spa(Groton,CT) and a hairstylist of 28 years.
