Walk Across SECT with the Zen & Now team to support the TBBCF and raise funds for breast cancer research!

Saturday, 10/1 is the 11th annual Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation’s Walk Across Southeastern Connecticut. Zen & Now is a proud sponsor of TBBCF and we would love for you to join us walking on 10/1!   100% of donation dollars go directly to breast cancer research!!! You can choose to walk the full marathon (26.2mi) from Saybrook Point to Harkness; the half-marathon (13.1 mi); or the quarter marathon (6.55 mi). You can also sign up to volunteer that day, or show your support by sponsoring a walker. The 1st, 10th and 20th of each month is Bring a Friend for FREE Day!!!! Any existing client may bring a friend who is new to Zen & Now for a FREE class on these days!! (If your friend has been to one of our open houses, that doesn’t count, and they can be your “free friend”!) For all you early bird cyclists and yogis out there, Zen & Now has something for you: Jen Meninno is teaching a Warm Cycle (very cool -hahaha-class) on Mondays. Wednesday mornings, join Jen Meninno at 5:45 am for a Cycle/Bootcamp Fusion class! Her classes are full of energy, so don’t be intimidated with the early start time! Looking for a different workout? Come check out Jen Meninno’s Skills and Drills class. She is offering an extra 1 hour class this Saturday for our opening day at 1pm, but her regularly scheduled class will be every Sunday at 9:15am for 75 min. Jen mixes this class up a little every time to keep things spicy, but you will always end up getting a great workout! A mix of cardio, weight training, and plyometrics, lots of fun!! ...
