Rita Quiles-Glover has been in the fitness industry since 1997. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Kinesiology. Rita’s experience in the fitness industry has been in both the corporate setting and numerous fitness centers. Rita teaches with a strong understanding of the muscle groups and safety for an amazing workout! She is AFAA certified and has additional certifications including spinning, TRX, Pilates, Body Pump, and kickboxing. Rita loves to motivate others while pushing them to their individual goals!
