Ever since her first P90x session yoga has always been a part of Taryn’s life. What started out as a once a week relief from other rigorous sports and workouts became a huge 5-9 times a week dedication to her practice. Originally yoga started out as a way to escape her own mind for an hour while also getting a physical benefit and now it has completely changed the way that she lives her life. Practicing yoga and inspiring others to do the same is now one of her biggest passions. Yoga truly is a practice meant for everyone and Taryn has a strong desire for teaching yoga and growing in her own practice as well. Her current practice is a vinyasa yoga that connects breath to movement. There is no such thing as a ‘yoga body’ or not being flexible/strong enough; yoga is all about how you feel and the mind/body connection so grab your mat and head to her class.
