The studio opens 15 – 30 minutes prior to a scheduled class. For safety, we do lock the doors when class is in session, so please arrive early. We are not a typical “gym,” we are open for classes only.

Please arrive 15 min before your class begins and remember to bring your yoga mat, a towel and water, electrolyte drinks and/or coconut water for hot classes. We appreciate you wearing clean sneakers to TRX, cycle and interval training classes, as sand and dirt damage our floors. Yoga is done barefoot. Our cycle bikes can accommodate sneakers or cycle shoes with clips.
