ASHLEIGH MEEK
Growing up with a competitive dance background, Ashleigh became more immersed in yoga in college to continue to expand on her mental and physical strength. Post grad she decided to take her practice to the next level taking an Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) teacher training in October of 2021.
Outside of the teaching IHP in the hot room Ashleigh is also a dietitian and owns her food truck called Nourish. She loves to help bring an all encompassing approach to wellness via movement, NOURISHing food and education!
