Caitlin Lodato, 500-hr RYT, has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She has an extensive background in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, but has experience with many different types of yoga – ranging from Restorative to Power. She loves introducing people to yoga, whether they are beginning adults or children. She believes yoga should be fun and energizing. She loves to challenge students to their full potential. Her classes are flowing Vinyasa style classes designed to make students sweat while clearing their minds and helping them focus. She is so grateful for the ways in which yoga has helped her grow physically, mentally and spiritually and wants to share those benefits with as many people as possible. She was certified through Recovery Yoga’s teacher training program at Zen & Now. Caitlin holds her 500-hr RYT through Yoga Alliance.
