Edna Wells

          Edna is certified in Indoor Cycling through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). She began teaching group exercise in the early 90s as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their fitness levels. She strives for a balance of offering a challenging class while enjoying the positive energy of the group. Edna also is a Weight Watchers Leader and inspires people to live healthy lifestyles by moving more and engaging in mindfulness. A genuine athlete at heart, Edna also enjoys yoga, competitive tennis and downhill skiing. She welcomes all fitness abilities to her class.
