Jen has been a fitness instructor for over 15 years. After a torn meniscus, she began taking cycle classes and quickly traded her sneakers for shoes with clips! Jen is certified through Reebok as well as Body Training Systems, a choreographed group power class. She likes to participate in local triathlons. You can find her biking/swimming/running with her friends around town. Her classes are full of energy so don’t be intimidated with the early start time! She enjoys challenging her class and will help you reach your full potential. Jen looks forward to bringing out your “inner athlete”.
