JILLIAN DAWLEY

JILLIAN DAWLEY

Jillian Dawley first came to yoga in 2012 to try and resolve lingering knee pain from a year old injury. Not only did she find relief from her physical pain she found worlds more within. In 2016 she completed her 200hRYTT at Zen and Now, so she could share her practice and the benefits she discovered with others. Recently developing a passion for weight lifting the shifts in her body and practice have led her to practice everything from hot power to more restorative forms of asana. In spring 2018 she was able to participate in a Yin Yoga training. Emphasizing kindness and self care her trainings allow her to bring dynamic flows for all levels of practice, always keeping in mind that above all else our yoga practice should be fun.
