Kerri has been teaching and inspiring others through group fitness and cycling for decades! She has continued to learn and grow via her own training and coaching while training and completing four Ironman Triathlons! She has a wealth of knowledge about maintaining a strong, healthy, well-conditioned body from both her teaching and as a massage therapist. As a fitness coach, Kerri is especially passionate about helping women thrive throughout pre-, peri- and post-menopause, as women are not just small men! Women need to train and recover differently.
