at Three Belles Marina

Zen & Now and Three Belles Outfitters have partnered once again to offer SUP Yoga Sessions with Lisa Bragaw.

Lisa (owner of Zen & Now) is a certified SUP Yoga Instructor and tailors classes to accommodate all levels of students from beginner to experienced. Classes are 90 minutes long and run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Class size is limited to 10 people.

Classes are from 5:30PM – 7:00PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Three Belles Marina. The Basin at the Marina is shallow and the water warms up early in the season, so it's perfect for SUP Yoga!

Drop-in for a single class or purchase a 3- or 10- class bundle!

3- and 10-Class bundles may be used for Tues or Thurs classes and are valid for the 2024 summer season.

LAST CLASS IS SUNDAY 9/8 AT 11AM!

Private Learn to Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) or SUP Yoga sessions and parties may also be scheduled!

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to class to receive credit to use for another time. Credit for another class will be issued in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather. No refunds.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get set up and ready to get out on the water!

We meet at the rental shed boat launch/dock at Three Belles Marina (113 Oswegatchie Hills Rd, Niantic).
