Pre-Season Golf Conditioning Series

Get ready for improved  performance on the course with our comprehensive preseason golf conditioning program. We'll focus on improving your flexibility and range of motion for a more fluid swing, enhancing your mobility for better posture and balance, and building strength for increased power and distance. This program is tailored to address the specific needs of golfers and help you prevent common golf-related injuries.

Bring a mid-iron club, a small towel, water bottle, and a workout mat (if you have one - we have plenty to borrow at the studio)


$80, plus tax for the full 4-week series

$25, plus tax per session for drop-ins (please register under the regular class schedule for drop-in)


Cancellation policy: Studio credit will be given for cancellations made greater than 24 hours prior to the workshop. No refunds. No credit for cancellations within 24 hours of the event or for no shows. Thank you for understanding! Space is limited and we want to make sure those who want to attend are able to!

About the Monthly Women's Circle:


In our monthly women’s circle we intend to create a space to gather, support and celebrate one another as fellow women. There are so many demands upon our lives, and having a soft place to land in a circle of support is essential. We recognize the growing call for women to step into their power, take full responsibility for their lives, and move forward into the work each one of us deep down knows we are meant to do in this lifetime. The more women are given opportunities to be in the flow of giving their gifts while at the same time receiving the support they need as they do so, the more our families, communities and world benefit.


This women’s gathering is a wonderful and inclusive place to make meaningful connections with women of all ages. Each person who comes contributes to the uniqueness of the circle, therefore YOU are an essential part!

Led by Becky Coffey, MEd, MAT. Becky is a clinical mental health counselor, ADTA-registered Dance Movement Therapist, life coach, public speaker, activist for survivors of sexual abuse, and founder of Bravedancing, which offers classes, trainings, private consultations, and retreats in Kripalu Yoga, dance, meditation, and other healing modalities. Rebecca has been leading women's circles for ten years.

Legit Grit Cardio Circuit Training Sat 4/19 & 4/26 at 7am
