Legit Grit Circuit Training with Kerri. Sat 2/8 and 2/22 at 7am

Have you ever wanted to know what it would be like to work with a personal trainer? Now you can! This intro class will be a group training offering some of the training activities you may experience in your private or small group training sessions, including: obstacles, agility, plyometrics and more!

Our trainers are super supportive and knowledgeable and want to help you succeed in your wellness and fitness goals! This is for you! No competition! No judgment! Progress over perfection!

Getting started can be the hardest thing! We are here to help keep you motivated and committed to your own self-care!

All you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water, a small towel and a playful, curious attitude! We have all the equipment we'll be using at the studio! Bring a workout buddy to help keep you motivated and accountable! 

Yoga 101 4-Week Series- Sat 9:30am 2/1 - 2/22

Curious about yoga, but don't feel flexible enough or is balance a challenge? Been practicing a while and want to get some clarity and build a stronger foundation? Yoga 101 can help!


"Motion is Lotion" and "Movement is Medicine!"


During this 4-week series, we will dive deeper into the benefits of yoga, pose breakdowns and modifications, how to use yoga props, different styles of yoga, yoga breathing exercises and relaxation.


It's been said that "Saying you're not flexible enough to do yoga is like saying you're too dirty to take a bath!" LOL! Our bodies respond when we move them on a regular basis!


This class is designed for YOU, whether you have never done yoga or want to get back to basics. Yoga can help you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance and it helps calm and relax you – on and off your mat.

There is no perfect - only progress!

We’ll break down beginner-level yoga poses, try different breathing techniques, learn how to use props, and make sure that you stay safe with alignment basics and different pose variations that work for your body. There is no right or wrong – yoga is for anybody and everybody.

$75, plus tax, for all 4 sessions

$23.50, plus tax, for single class drop-in or you can use your class card for each individual class.


Class meets for 60 minutes at 9:30am on 2/1, 2/8, 2/15 and 2/22.


Each class will build on the information covered in the previous sessions, so attendance at all 4 will benefit you best, but please feel free to attend the ones you are able to. You will still learn a lot and have lots of tools to use when you jump into other yoga classes on the regular schedule!

Happy Feet & Ankles Yoga Ball Roll Out! Sat 2/8 at 1pm

So excited to Roll Out with you!

The Roll Model Method using Yoga Tune Up (YTU) balls was developed by Jill Miller. It is a self-massage, myofascial release system to break up knots and soften tight spots all over the body!


If you already have a set of Yoga Tune Up balls, please bring them. We will be rolling out our feet (which is magical!), so you will need to use your own set. We have Yoga Tune Up balls available for sale at the studio for $19.88 (incl tax). The OGs (original size) are what we'll be using for this workshop.

Drop in is $23.50, plus tax, or you can use your class card for this workshop. 


We will be working on releasing tension and tight spots in our feet, ankles and lower legs! This will allow everything upstream to start to relax, as well- knees, hips, spine, etc...! Rolling out our feet not only feels great, but also helps us with balance and stability. 


Allergy alert: the YTU balls are made of natural latex rubber.

Pelvic Floor Workshop Sat 2/15 at 1pm

In this workshop, you will learn about your pelvic floor, recognize symptoms to watch for, know when to seek help and practice exercises to improve pelvic floor strength.


Saturday, February 15th at 1pm

Meet Manali Kadam, PT, DPT, MTC


Manali Kadam is a board-certified orthopedic specialist with a focus on pelvic health and over a decade of experience. She has helped individuals across southeastern Connecticut - whether high school athletes, weekend warriors, new moms, or menopausal women - return to their passions pain-free through personalized treatment plans.

Her interest in pelvic health began when a childbirth educator encouraged her to assess pregnant and postpartum women. She realized that many issues in this population, as well as in menopausal women, are often overlooked or considered "normal." Manali is dedicated to providing personalized care that supports recovery and empowers women through every stage of their life.

She lives in Waterford with her husband, your child and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling and listening to audiobooks.

About the Monthly Women's Circle:


In our monthly women’s circle we intend to create a space to gather, support and celebrate one another as fellow women. There are so many demands upon our lives, and having a soft place to land in a circle of support is essential. We recognize the growing call for women to step into their power, take full responsibility for their lives, and move forward into the work each one of us deep down knows we are meant to do in this lifetime. The more women are given opportunities to be in the flow of giving their gifts while at the same time receiving the support they need as they do so, the more our families, communities and world benefit.


This women’s gathering is a wonderful and inclusive place to make meaningful connections with women of all ages. Each person who comes contributes to the uniqueness of the circle, therefore YOU are an essential part!

Led by Becky Coffey, MEd, MAT. Becky is a clinical mental health counselor, ADTA-registered Dance Movement Therapist, life coach, public speaker, activist for survivors of sexual abuse, and founder of Bravedancing, which offers classes, trainings, private consultations, and retreats in Kripalu Yoga, dance, meditation, and other healing modalities. Rebecca has been leading women's circles for ten years.

Reiki Level 1 (3/1) & 2 (3/15) Training

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II Training

This beginning training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. It is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques and the Holy Fire® healing energy. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. The following subjects are taught:


The origin and history of Reiki

The nature of Reiki energy, why people get sick and how Reiki heals

The Reiki Ideals

The Human Energy System

The complete hand placement system

Gassho meditation

Byosen Scanning: Using the sensitivity in the hands to locate areas needing healing, (usually in the aura) and to treat them

Reiji-Ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat

Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field

Gyoshi-ho: Sending Reiki with the eyes

Sending Reiki at a distance.

Reiki 2 Symbols


The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. Practice time is given.


A class manual and a certificate are included.

In the process of learning to be a healer, we'll be practicing on each other and receive healing as well. This is a wonderful class for the beginner and is also valuable for those who have already taken Reiki training.
